Complete French was born from a simple belief: that a meal shared around a long table is one of the better fortunes a person can have. We came to Sacramento to open a restaurant that feels like the ones we love in France — generous, unhurried, and rooted in the seasons.
Our kitchen rolls pâtes by hand each morning, fires flatbreads over wood, and lets a few good ingredients do the talking. The bar pours regional French wines and a bright apéritif hour; the dining room is warm, contemporary, and built for gathering.

The name Complete French is a nod to the fleur-de-lis we use as our emblem — a small French symbol of good fortune we're glad to share with our guests and our Sacramento neighbors.
